Join the Regional Food Economy working group for a discussion on local meat processing capacity with farmers, extension staff, researchers, and businesses. We’ll chat about known grant opportunities and policies to support local meat processing as well as other opportunities to create locally-owned processing facilities to strengthen the local food economy.
